El Perelló (Tarragona), 16th April 2019.- The organic range of honey Muria Bio (www.mielmuria.com) shined in the 28th edition de EcoSalud, The Health and Natural Products fair, a place for business meetings for professionals of the natural product area, like Muria Honey, and for all people interested in natural health and healthy lifestyle.

The Muria Bio products in EcoSalud, under the umbrella of the distributor Natur Diet Muria, have been well accepted a complete success. In Muria Bio’s stand the natural honeycombs were the star and have generated much interest, as in the organic area little to no manipulation is well valued.  In this case, we take the honeycombs from the hive exactly how they are in small portions and put them in boxes without needing to cut them into pieces, keeping all of the properties of nature.

During the Fair one of the events was Saturday the 13th, Rafael Muria, beekeeper and manager of SAT Ltda. Apícola El Perelló, offered the lecture “What is happening with the Spanish honey market?”.  The lecture was a success and he filled the room Corner of Healthy Life, and people were very happy with the information he had given them. Rafael Muria remarked the need to buy national honey, both final consumers as the professional public like health and dietary shops.

This weekend Muria Honey also was at Firabril, the Olive oil and honey Fair at El Perelló (Tarragona).

In this 34th edition, gastronomy once again has been one of its strong points. Rafel Muria son, the honey Chef, opened the fair talking about this natural product so important to the Muria family that inspires his cooking.

At the fair you could buy honey, the famous “Your weight in honey” raffle and the 34th Honey Competition, in which Muria’s Orange and Rosemary honeys were awarded 1st and 2nd prize, respectively.

Rafel Muria Jr. Closed the fair preparing different gastronomic combinations under the title “Creativity and honey”. The young chef showed eight dishes with honey and offered a simple of his dish “Honeycomb” amongst the assistants.
